Women's Group

The Women’s Group is where other women in your community provide support for each other, find common interests and identify goals to share. Tell your story and listen to other women’s stories for emotional, mental, and social wellbeing support, share food, and your children will also benefit from the time they spend with other children.

The benefits of attending a Women’s Group are having a safe space to enjoy the activities, to talk freely, it’s a great opportunity to network with other women, and realise we are all in this together.

We benefit from each other's diverse experiences and backgrounds, gain mentors and sponsor to provide support. Take the time to enjoy doing something outside of your core role as a mother by gaining leadership skills, communicating effectively with others and have a positive impact on other women’s lives.
